Credited with producing and selling the first oil-engined tractor (similar to modern-day tractors) in Britain, Hornsby engines, tractors and their parts are now extremely rare.
This simple squared cast iron seat provide little in the way of comfort other than a dished profile and raise pommel. Four various fixing holes punctuate the seat and there are remnants of old grey -paint or primer.
A rare find for the enthusiast or collector of these iconic British tractors.
Please Note: this seat is very heavy for it's size!
