Bring a little (fiery red) love to your kitchen! This irresistible bright Red Rayburn is the ultimate in culinary flamboyance from a marque that’s considered as British as Brighton Rock. The contrast between the Red body, Black top and Polished chrome lids is stunning and the depth of colour from the vitreous enamel finish is synonymous of the quality and durability of the brand. Known as the housewives choice, this stalwart of domestic life through the generations is now a bye-word for excellence in the home. Rayburn were first made in 1946 with the Nouvelle model introduced in the 1980’s with the oil and gas models coming a little later. This may be a solid fuel stove that was converted to oil, or a factory oil unit. The stove appears to be in good condition with the main oven having seen little use - sadly the flue chamber door (small black ribbed door on top) will need replacing as a lug and lever are missing.
