Old and a little wobbly but with a great look and feel, this gorgeous old English oak plank and ledge door is just right! From an attic room (hence the shape) of an old cottage, this lovely vernacular door has everything you’d expect - an old latch slot, clinched nails, irregular hand-cut ledges (cross-braces), irregular board widths, splits to the oak, a distressed lower edge and ghost-marks of an even older set of hinges! These don’t come around too often. The height shown below is overall, at the shouder it is 152cm. The overall thickness (including the ledges) is 5cm.
