Impressive Pair of Gothic Style Oak and Leaded Glass Windows
Code: W0319B010
SOLD
Made from the finest materials, this impressive pair of gothic style oak and leaded glass windows are from an old masonic lodge and originally hand crafted to a fine finish. Substantial oak frames with integral sills are divided into three bays - each containing a lattice leaded window in the shape of an ogee arch with a pair of trefoil insets above. One has a pair of openers either side of a fixed central bay - the other has a single central opener. The openers have differing catches and perforated or sliding stays. There are substantial tie bars to reinforce the leaded glass. The twin opener window is in generally good condition for its age - the other window, with its slightly greener shade of glass, will require some work to the sill on one side, the opener will require reglazing and some repairs to the lead glass work generally.
Price shown is for the pair - not to be sold separately.
