Old Decorative Cast Iron Spiral Spoke Twin Wheel

A stylish, likely late Victorian, cast iron drive wheel with a wide rimmed outer wheel and smaller flat edge one to the rear. Both have a set of attractive semi spiral spokes radiating from the hub.

Lovely garden feature, maybe installed upright and painted in a classic deep green or crimson, displayed overgrown with ivy and flowers and even illuminated?
