Antique Plank and Ledge Solid English Oak Farmyard Door #21

A gorgeous handmade English oak plank door with its original wood finger-latch (albeit with a later improvised metal keep) and blacksmith-made iron strap hinges. With an amazing finish and patina, the boards have a single handcut bead to the face denoting its age and to the rear four substantial wide ledges are held with clinched iron nails. The heavily worn lower edge and nibbled timbers only add to the vintage charm of this fine agricultural door.
