According to those that know, a propeller is "...a device with rotating radiating blades set to form a helical spiral, that transforms rotational power into linear thrust by acting upon a working fluid such as water or air that is accelerated in one direction moving a craft in the opposite direction..."
Well, that may be - but we know propellers make great display features, specially those that are bronze and have a wonderful patina.
We normally have one or more salvaged nautical or marine three and four blade bronze boat propellers in stock that can be re-purposed in so many ways. They can be displayed as seen or cleaned and highly polished to a gleaming metallic finish. Ideal for the study, club house or boat house. They look fabulous mounted on a wall or as a stand alone decorative piece - lit with a single point of light to bring out their character and beauty.
Widths vary from 48cm to 58cm approximately and the centre holes average 40mm in diameter.
Currently only 3 blade propellers available.Want to know more? - use the Sales Enquiry tab
