Salvaged Vintage Rusty Red Iron Spill Trough or Planter

Rust! - love it or hate it, this gorgeous old rusty red spill trough proves that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Over the years the red paint and rust have combined to produce a wonderful patina on this old iron oil bath.

This substantial metal trough has a sound base, a nice rounded top edge and two rigid steel spars resulting in a rather robust container.

It could be used as a planter in the garden or converted to self standing shelves in a retail space, shop window or retro industrial setting...fabulous!

Note: this item is heavy and will require two persons or a trolley to move any distance.

The two strengthening bars are 4cm x 2cm in section.
