This amazing steel cabinet came from a British foundry, sadly now closed, in Gloucestershire England. Originally designed and manufactured to organise drill bits, it was latter used to hold different sized letters of the alphabet used in the production of casting patterns so the finished piece would bear a makers name, model number or other details.
the central section allows for the storage of larger bits or other associated tools.
Every drawer has a small place card holder, a lipped end with which to pull it open and together they have a fold-out action which gives it fabulous look!
A rare find and in excellent condition for its age.Want to know more? - use the Sales Enquiry tab
