A good example of a used Boulton and Paul(?) buff colour square chimney pot. The tapered pot has a stepped and chamfered rim, a small single bead collar and four inset scallop corner panels - one to each face. There is a little nibbling to one side of the base but this would be covered by mortar if re-used - else the pot is in good condition. A classically proportioned pot for a cottage or period town house. It might also serve as a decorative planter in the conservatory or garden.
