A lovely example of a vintage terracotta triple louvre chimney pot. A tapered pot with twin collar ribs around the main body, a stepped base and shouldering to a triple louvre above. The vented upper provides extra airflow to the stack whilst preventing excess rainwater from entering the stack. There is some nibbling to the edges of the vents in one quarter together with chips and scuffs commensurate with age. A handsome classic chimney pot that could be re-used on a cottage or town-house - or perhaps as a garden planter or even an illuminated feature on a decking or terrace.
