We can help load your purchase. Weekend staffing is limited, so large or heavy items may take longer or may not be possible; please contact us before travelling.

Please Note: the prices shown are a guide only and are based on a single delivery with van and driver only. There must be adequate access and it is a 'kerbside drop' only. The weight limit for goods in a single trip is 1 ton. If a second person, multiple trips and/or a larger vehicle (i.e. flat bed lorry, tipper truck or grab lorry) are required there will be additional charges - please enquire.
Someone must be in attendance to receive the delivery unless you expressly instruct us to deliver in your absence for which we are can not be responsible for loss or damage post-delivery.
If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect information or advice from the customer i.e. poor or restricted access, an incorrect address or the wrong products ordered - the delivery cost is non-refundable and a further delivery charge will be made to re-deliver.
We will liaise with you to agree a suitably convenient day to deliver your order and will usually suggest either a morning or afternoon time-frame. If it seems likely we be unable to deliver your order as agreed, we will always contact you to re-arrange delivery at the next available opportunity.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
We can usually arrange delivery within a week.
For deliveries anywhere in the UK, we can obtain a quote from our third-party pallet courier for a kerbside drop-off. Please send us your postcode for a quote.
For the London area, we also work with a specialist courier. Please send us your postcode for a quote.
The majority of our orders are sent using a courier service and many deliveries may require a signature upon delivery, so please specify the day of delivery required when you place your order to ensure you are home. Should you miss a delivery, an additional charge may be required subject to the couriers discretion.
When you sign you are signing to confirm you have received the items in good condition, so please check goods prior to signing. Failure to do so will void claims.

Parcel Courier
Quotes are provided on an individual basis taking into account the item and location of delivery

Tracking information is available either by using the information provided by our sales team or by contacting our office during working hours.
Pallet Courier
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods, only sign for the delivery if you are satisfied the goods have arrived in the expected condition.

Tail-lift deliveries are subject to limitations of size and weight.
Some items will need an alternative method to unload the delivery vehicle such as a forklift or hand-ball, it is your responsibility to ensure that provision for this is available in a timely manner, failure to do so may incur additional charges.
Warehouse 701 Vehicle

Delivery will be to the first place of safety for the item, our driver may assist further however this is at their discretion.
3rd Party Haulier

Tail-lift / vehicle mounted crane deliveries are subject to limitations of size and weight.
Some items will need an alternative method to unload the delivery vehicle such as a forklift or hand-ball, it is your responsibility to ensure that provision for this is available in a timely manner, failure to do so may incur additional charges.
Vehicles with mounted cranes can only safely offload from hard-standing that is free from overhead obstructions. It is your responsibility to ensure the area is suitable, failure to do so may incur further charges. If the driver/operator is not satisfied it is safe to offload the delivery will not take place.
COLLECTION SAFETY
Please bring a suitable vehicle. We may refuse to load an unsuitable vehicle or stop loading if it is unsafe.
