We hope you love your purchase but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch to discuss the issue with our sales team.
IMPERFECTIONS/ DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe an item is damaged, then please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. Do not sign for a delivery without inspecting the item and only sign if you are satisfied the item is in the condition you were expecting.
Online/Phone
If you have purchased an item online/over the phone and wish to return the item please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item, items must then be returned or collection arranged with us within a further 14 days from the date you notified us.
In-store
If you have purchased an item in-store and wish to return the item please inform us within 14 days of the date of purchase (or date of delivery). Items returned in an unused and original condition with proof of purchase can be exchanged or returned for store credit, this may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and collection charge if the item was delivered (equal to the original delivery / packaging charge) delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Faulty items will be refunded in full.
Items returned outside of the 14-day period would only be accepted at a managers discretion by prior arrangement.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packaged or dispatched, we will process your refund. If the order has been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) as described above once received.
