Quickie answers to all those little questions...

Where do I get a discount code/voucher?
We issue discount codes via our mailing list when we have a promotion or sale.

I see an item in my basket is no longer available?
Items in your basket aren't technically 'sold' - someone else may have beaten you in purchasing a particular item - it can happen.

How can I join the mailing list?
Use either 'register' or 'connect with us' at the foot of any page - or you can tick the box when you make a purchase.

Are purchases insured in transit?
No, but we can insure the parcel(s) for you for loss and/or damage for an additional fee - please ask.

Do you sell abroad?
Yes, we sell to most countries of the world - including Europe, Australia, Japan and the USA.

Do you combine postage?
Yes, we always combine postage where it's possible to send items in the same parcel.

Do you have a brochure?
Not at this time.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Tell us immediately. Keep all packaging and if possible send us photo's of the damage. We'll pursue the delivery company for you.

Can I collect my order?
Yes, by appointment - contact us to agree a mutually convenient day and time.

Can I see the price of items in my own currency?
Yes, select one of the currency options at the top right of any page and all the process will then be shown in that currency. These values are meant as a guide only and the postage is not included. Because of fluctuations, the invoiced price may vary. Items will always be invoiced in Sterling GBP.

How do I reserve an item?
Call us and discuss your requirements. We don't automarically reserve iems on request but it is a service we offer sometimes. To reserve an item we will need your name, address and contact details.

I suspect I may not be receiving your emails?
Emails can be diverted to your 'spam' or 'trash' folders so check these - and do check we have your correct email address.

What should I do if something hasn't arrived?
Allow ten days for UK deliveries and three weeks for overseas. Check your local Post Office and with neighbours - then call us.

I'm having problems placing my order, what should I do?
Let us know immediately - we want your order! Email info@warehouse701.co.uk or call 01432 375510 so that we can assist.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?
Yes.

Do you source items by request?
We regularly source items for clients, email us at info@warehouse701.co.uk or call 01432 375510 and tell us what you want.

How do I see the latest arrivals to the shop?
Just select 'New Arrivals' from the main menu on any page and then choose 'sort by: most recent first'.

Some of the features on the website aren't working?
We use 'javascript' to create many exciting features across the website - make sure it's not 'turned-off' in your browser settings.

I'm not seeing the website as it's depicted in screenshots?
